President of Industry Casting, Founder of American Theater Channel

Gary Blumsack has become one the most prolific and influential theatre producers in Los Angeles over the last 20 years. In the 1990?s Gary created both The Hudson Theatres and The Lillian Theatres, pioneering what would become known as Theatre Row in Hollywood. He produced a series of acclaimed productions, including the hugely successful ?Reefer Madness? which went on to open on Broadway in 2001 with Jimmy Nederlander at the helm.

As Artistic Director of The Hayworth Theatre since 2004, Gary has presented such critically acclaimed productions as ?Not A Genuine Black Man?, ?Nowhere On The Border?, ?The Good Steno?, ?Walkin? Through The Fire?, ?Havana Bourgeois?, ?Catskill Sonata?, ?Adam Baum and the Jew Movie? and ?Frank Sinatra F*#ked Up My Life?, which he also directed. Gary received an LA Weekly Award for directing ?Sexy Laundry?, starring Frances Fisher and Paul Ben-Victor. The award winning, ?Lovelace, A Rock Opera? was presented at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in the summer of 2010.
